Carleen’s Yoga Experience: I have been practicing yoga since 1998 and teaching others since 2010. I am a certified teacher of Hatha Yoga, Yin Yoga, Ayurvedic Yoga Therapy, Pre-natal Yoga and Meditation. I have sub-specialty trainings in Restorative Yoga, Chinese Meridian Therapy, Yoga Anatomy, Mindfulness, Sound healing, flow, hot and Power Yoga. My daily practices also include yogalates, pandiculation and active release. In teaching a wide range of people from seniors to youth & athletes and over 30, 000 bodies I know yoga heals. It is my intention to provide you with yoga best practices that align your specific body-mind-soul needs with your sacred life story.
